My background
I have recently joined the Commercial team at Cooney Lees Morgan. Prior to this I worked as a senior associate in the finance team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, London, advising on a range of cross-border banking and finance transactions, including restructurings, acquisition finance and general banking. Before moving to London, I worked as a solicitor in the finance department of Buddle Findlay in Auckland for three years.
