I joined Cooney Lees Morgan from another firm in Tauranga in August 2012. I completed my Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Waikato University in 2007.

I specialise in civil litigation, employment (both contentious and non-contentious), and debt recovery. As part of these broad areas, I advise clients on a range of issues from general employment advice, drafting an employment agreement, attending mediations, and how to recover a debt. I appear in the District and High Courts as well as the Employment Relations Authority.

I’m relatively new to the Bay but have made it my home and enjoy being able to work and live in such a great region and surroundings.

Kelly is currently on Maternity leave.
