Senior Solicitor - Property

The role consists of a range of Property work for our local authority clients and for our extensive private client base.

You will be working in a collaborative, encouraging and supportive environment alongside experienced and accessible Partners, Consultants, Associates & other lawyers.

Our office is in a modern building with other significant professional service firms and with an excellent café on the ground floor.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have a minimum of 5 years' pqe preferably in a mid to large firm and will have significant experience with property including experience with local government property matters. You will have an excellent academic record with strong research and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail and be passionate about the law.

You will be able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team and assist less experienced staff members.

Last but by no means least, you will have a keen sense of humour.
