Reception Manager

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a client facing Reception Manager to oversee the daily reception functions and operations of the reception team.  The purpose of this role is to provide superior services for clients and visitors ensuring a high quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reception team tasks and schedule cover at all times
  • Provision of face to face client service
  • Responsible for coordinating facilities and events
  • Manage meeting room bookings efficiently
  • Answering of calls and redirecting to appropriate staff
  • Document management, information distribution and register maintenance
  • Assist with witnessing documents and AML compliance
  • Various ad hoc administration functions
  • Create webinar and seminar bookings, manage attendance 
  • Setting up Teams and Zoom meetings 

About You

  • Maturity and professionalism to demonstrate sound judgement and confidentiality
  • Previous experience working in a professional office within a senior level client facing role
  • Demonstrate a level head, common sense and ability to think on your feet
  • Respectful behaviour that exhibits a warm and engaging personality
  • Ability to show insight and use discretion accordingly
  • A willing team player that is collaborative and inclusive of others
  • Problem solver who can communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionally presented
